Summary of Services

MyConferenceSM is our reservation-less service, which is ideal for hosts that frequently use conference calls. Once established, this service allows you to conduct a conference call with up to 125 participants by using your MyConference number at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without setting up a new reservation.

Key Features:


Secure Access: MyConference Secure Access (SA). SA provides a moderator the ability to select a 4-digit secure access code prior to each conference to ensure maximum security.

Dial-Out to add participants: MyConference service provides the ability for moderators to dial out to additional participants and to add them to the conference call.

Billing reference prompts: MyConference can be enabled so that a moderator is prompted for a billing reference or client-matter number when they join the call. This information is then available to be displayed on the invoices and other usage reports.

MyConferenceSM provides each host with their own conference call number that can be used without making a reservation. MyConferenceSM numbers accommodate up to 125 participants per call.

  1. Participants dials into conference via 800 number or a local Meet – Me number
  2. 800 number or Local Meet – Me number along with a seven–digit passcode provided with service reservations
  3. Operator assistance available by touching “*0” and our Help Menu is available by touching “*1”

MyConferenceSM Manager

Easy to use web interface allows hosts of MyConference to view and manage their reservationless conference calls. Controls provide additional security, convenience, sub-conference, muting, etc.

  1. Operator assistance is provided – after participants join their call using a passcode

  4. Operator assistance service includes: dedicated operator, dedicated event manager, Q&A, Polling, pre/post conferences, call introduction script, basic participant list (with web based call registration)
