1. Invite your participants to the conference by providing them with:
a. Time and Date of the conference call
b. Toll-free and Toll/International dial-in numbers
c. Participant Passcode
d. 4-digit Secure Access Code (if required)
2. As the moderator you will join the call by dialing the toll or toll free telephone number, followed by your moderator code
3. Enter your billing reference or client matter number after the prompt (if required)
4. Enter a Secure Access Code (if required) or press the * key to start your conference.
