When a caller dials your companies ReadyVoice Mail number, they will hear a customized greeting for your company and they can be given options to dial their party’s extension, to use a directory to look up an extension, or to be connected to an operator.

This off-premises solution is generally set up with an identical listing of your current subscriber extensions. Each subscriber mailbox can be set up with a customized greeting, passcode and name announcement.

ReadyVoice Mail is easy to establish and to maintain by uploading your subscriber database on our administration site.

ReadyVoice Connect is easy to establish. Each Subscriber who uses this program will provide Teleconferencing Services with as many as six phone numbers. When the employee’s mailbox is called, the caller will be asked to identify himself, the six numbers will be simultaneously called, and if the subscriber is available, they have the option of accepting the call, or to send the call to ReadyVoice Mail. Subscribers can update their personal Connect settings by logging into www.readyvoicemail.com.

ReadyVoice Mail and ReadyVoice Connect are currently located at the Qwest Cybercenter in Newark, NJ. where we provide a high level of environmental, security and technical support that include:

• Multiple levels of power backup including UPS and backup generators.
• Exceptional levels of cooling, along with backup cooling units.
• State of the art fire suppression systems.
• Engineers are available at the facility 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
• Additional offline backups performed each day. Point in time backups assure we can recover back to a specific day.
• All systems are protected with a firewall, and the latest anti-virus software.
